Manica-Thai Corp., Ltd., was established in 1988 under the Manica Group umbrella. Manica Thailand adheres to global standards and certificates. Since its inception, it has been a pioneer in manufacturing consumer personal care products. Some of its brand name partners include Babyliss, Caruso, Clairol, Conair, Hot Tools, Panasonic, Remington, Revlon, and Vidal Sassoon. Other products we have or currently manufacture are personal care items, mosquito repellents, luxury recliner chairs, and water purifiers.

Manica Thailand has had a history of intellectual property management for the Schawbel Corporation. The Schawbel Corporation’s Thermacell technology has been used primarily for cordless hair curlers/straighteners and portable mosquito repellent units. We are proud to say that Manica Group has safeguarded this technology for over twenty years.

Manica Xiamen

Manica (Xiamen) Electric Corp., Ltd., was established in 1997 as a Manica Group subsidiary. Our Xiamen factory also adheres to global standards and has earned its ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates. It is the location of our in-house research and development center.

Manica Xiamen is a major supplier of high-quality personal care appliances. The Xiamen facility has produced hair dryers, hair straighteners, curlers, setters, paraffin spas, and mirrors sold under globally recognized brands such as Mod’s Hair, Remington, Revlon, and Vidal Sassoon.
